3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.

5. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
