Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Note: Shipping to Asia and certain remote regions is excluded. Delivery times may vary due to customs or unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Exchange Process

- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our headquarters at: Motorcycle Parts StoreInclude the RA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Information

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
